As the age-old adage goes, give a man a fish and you've fed him for a day, teach a man to fish and you've fed him for a lifetime. Wholly Yours Ministries has always been a "hand-up" ministry and not just a "hand-out" ministry and will continue to do so with your help. In the past couple months, thanks to you, our partners and donors, we were able to help start a fish farm and a poultry business for a couple church leaders. Both these programs are self-sustaining and can expand in the future using earnings from the initial investment. In the future we would like to do more programs like this, especially for pastors and church leaders that have no income but serve tirelessly to build the kingdom of God. Please help us continue to do programs like these.
Of course, we still have our "Love in Action" programs which reach out to the community, sharing Christ's unconditional love in a tangible way. The compassion ministry helps the widows, orphans and the needy by providing food, clothing, shelter and medical services as our funds allow. This is done in conjunction with the churches we have planted or are affiliated with. A portion of our monthly donations go to the compassion ministry. When you give, you can designate exactly how your funds are to be used and they will only be used for that purpose. We have several that specify that their funds are to be used for medical or educational purposes only and that's the only way those funds are used. We are a multi-faceted ministry and have ongoing needs for bibles, teaching materials for our WYM Bible Institute, education, medical, and are currently trying to get funds to buy equipment to do revivals, conferences, and training seminars.
